Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Silisalt purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods.
