Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery windows above, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or high demand periods. We'll keep you updated if there's a significant delay to your order.

Lost or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our courier.

Recycling and disposal of electrical items

Silisalt products that are electrical (EMS device, electric gua sha, LED wand) should not be disposed of in general household waste. Please dispose of them responsibly at a local electrical waste (WEEE) recycling point, or contact us for guidance on responsible disposal.
